Kevin Lange

Kevin began his career in the commercial real estate brokerage industry after graduating with honors from the University of Arizona in 2003. Kevin has over 15 years of experience in the industry and $500+M in transactions, representing institutional landlords, tenants and developers. Kevin is a part of many local and national organizations, including board seats and ambassador level positions with the Better Business Bureau, Canada Arizona Business Council, Arizona Assistance in Health and the Greater Phoenix Economic Council. Awards and Honors include 40 Under 40 by Arizona Business Magazine, Tomorrow’s Leaders of the Southwest by Globstreet.com and Real Estate Forum Magazine and Power Broker by CoStar.
Paul Rambeau

Paul was born and raised in Arizona, obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree at the University of Arizona, and his Juris Doctorate at Arizona State University. Paul first gained experience in the accounting industry before beginning his legal career; initially practicing in many facets of law, but with a strong emphasis on estate planning, trust and probate administration, asset protection planning, business formation, and private offerings of securities. Over the next 10 years, he worked for two national firms where his focus was pre-litigation planning and post-litigation responses. Additionally, he guided international companies through regulatory compliance, corporate investigations, due diligence, contract management, and litigation support. Paul enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors with his family. In addition, he coaches high school track and field while also competing in numerous athletic events.

Kenny Lange

Creative Design Services
Kenny has worked in the creative services world for the past fifteen years. Prior to graduating from Arizona State University in 2004, he spent his time in high school and college working for Ralph Lauren as a footwear and men’s clothing specialist. Upon graduation, Kenny moved to New York and Los Angeles where he spent the next ten years with the company as Creative Services Director, overseeing concept development, design and brand identity. During that time Kenny helped to develop, launch and sustain multiple labels within the Ralph Lauren corporate umbrella, including being a founding member of Rugby by Ralph Lauren. In addition to Ralph Lauren, Kenny has taught at the Art Institutes as an adjunct professor for Design and Technique, as well as owned and operated a creative solutions business called WayLA Creative.
Dre Gharakhanian

Dre is the lead designer with a career background in contemporary art, architecture, and photography. A graduate of Woodbury University (BA Architecture) in Los Angeles, he has spent the last 10+ years designing and fabricating for some of the biggest apparel and tech industry names in the business. Porsche, Specialized, The North Face, Under Armour, and Fanatics to name a few.
In that time, Dre has created and executed a wide variety of brand activations, experiential marketing events, pop-ups, and retail interiors. In addition to retail, Dre has been part of small teams that led award-winning mixed-use commercial building designs like Cloud No.7 in Germany and Kameha Grand Zurich in Switzerland, and also patented design/engineered consumer products.
Kris Lange

Kris was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ, graduating from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science. Upon graduation, he Kris to Phoenix to intern as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch. Further gaining experience, a year later Kris was a licensed Financial Planner with Wells Fargo Advisors. Although after a few years, Kris realized that he needed to capitalize on his entrepreneurial spirit, and made the difficult decision to leave the industry.
Kris partnered with his brother Kevin to launch an exterior service maintenance company with a concentration on multi-family and retail assets. After 4 years in the business, with an approximate 75% market share in the industry, Kris and Kevin decided to sell the company to a private equity fund. Kris is married to his lovely wife Brittany, where they reside in Phoenix and plan to grow their young family.
Rae Johnson
Operations Manager
Rae brings over 20 years of hands-on business management and accounting experience. For the past 12 years, Rae has served as president of RM Enterprises, PC., an office and accounting management business in Phoenix. In this role, she helped commercial real estate companies, professional athletes, architectural firms and a variety of small businesses. Rae also held various accounting, human resources and office manager positions at Keyser, LLC, Fernandez Racing, Dream Believers, Inc., and Myers Management and Capital Group.
She received her bachelors in Business from the University of Phoenix and has her Arizona Real Estate License.
